The Frymaster 8100326 Electric Fryer Adjustable Caster with Brake 4" is a swivel caster assembly used as a mounting and mobility component on commercial fryer base frames. It is installed at the bottom corners of MAC51 and MAC52 fryer cabinets where it threads or bolts into the leg support structure.
