The Frymaster FM806-4264 Blower Assembly 230 V is a part of the air movement that is applied in commercial fryer combustion. This entire assembly consists of the blower housing and fan parts that feed the airflow to the burner part when it is in operation. It is fitted in the fryer cabinet and is used in conjunction with gas controls and ignition systems to assist in normal heating cycles. During servicing, the assembly is usually changed when there is a limitation of airflow or internal parts are broken. It is essentially the purpose of the fryer system to aid the constant flow of air needed to run the burner in compatible equipment.
