The FWE TSTAT-H1 Thermostat 90-190°F 5/16" X 8-3/4" Bulb 36" CAP is a mechanical temperature control component designed for compatible foodservice equipment. The thermostat uses a 5/16 inch by 8-3/4 inch sensing bulb connected to a 36-inch capillary tube to detect temperature at the designated sensing point. As the temperature changes within the 90°F to 190°F range, the thermostat responds by cycling its internal contacts to control the connected heating circuit. It works with the equipment wiring, heating element and control assembly to regulate temperature during operation. The thermostat forms part of the equipment's heating control system.
