The APW G4-21813075 Burner Assembly is an essential component designed for use in commercial cooking equipment, better performance and reliability. This S shaped burner, 18 1/4 x 11 1/4, has an air shutter for precise control of airflow, improving combustion efficiency. The U-bends gets the angular cut to promote even cooking between both settings.
