The BKI Barbeque King G0136 Pressure Gauge is a monitoring part that is used in commercial deep fryer to measure and indicate internal oil pressure. It is attached to the pressure port of the fryer and it gives real time readings that assist operators in checking the right conditions of the system when it is in operation. This gauge is mounted when the equipment is being serviced or when there is a need to service the equipment in the restaurant kitchen, food trucks, and other foodservice conditions where steady fryer performance is necessary. The fryer has a control system that it operate and keeps the unit within the required pressure parameters.
