The Garland GL1815001 Spark Ignition Module is used to produce a steady spark to start burners in commercial cooking equipment that uses 24V power with a 1/4 inch tab connection. The cable attached provides an electrical contact to enable the ignition signal to get to the burner. This module is installed in compatible ovens or ranges, and it is mounted close to the burner assembly and is connected directly to the control system to start the ignition when required. Its small size can be fitted in the control compartment of the system, so that it fits well in the burners and the wiring is well organized.
