The Garland GL1924711 Door Seal Top is a flexible sealing gasket installed along the upper edge of a commercial convection oven door opening. It forms a compression interface between the door and the oven cavity frame when the door is closed limiting air exchange between the heated chamber and the external conditions. The seal is mounted into a channel or retention track on the oven body and remains fixed in position while the door cycles open and closed. During operation, it compresses against the door perimeter under mechanical closure force.
