The Garland GL224008 Burner Valve Knob is a 2-inch chrome metal control knob to fit in other compatible commercial cooking equipment. It is connected to the burner gas valve stem, and the operator is able to manually regulate or cut off the gas to the burner. This knob is fitted on the appliance control panel and it gives accurate control of the level of flame during cooking. It is usually substituted in case the original knob is damaged, loose or hard to manipulate and it is used to assist in the restoration of normal burner adjustment and safe use of equipment.
