The Garland GL4522585 Open Burner Knob is a control knob that fits a 1/4" D-stem valve with a dimension of 2.5 by 2 inches. It is used in controlling the flow of gases by hand, providing precise control of the intensity of the flames at any moment. The knob can be used in a commercial foodservice conditions to provide accurate control of heat in the many cooking processes of those conditions, translating user input to the movement of the valve.
