The Globe XMCA-SS Meat Grinder Assembly 12 Hub is an assembly that can be fitted in other 12-inch commercial meat grinders. It works by guiding raw product through the feed cutting parts of the grinder and letting the internal auger and cutting plates cut meat into a uniform grind. This assembly is located at the feed hub of the grinder, and it is attached to the drive and cutting elements to facilitate normal product flow and processing. It is applied in commercial food preparation where ground meat must be used, and is normally fitted when the equipment is being serviced or maintained to resume normal operation.
