The Gold Medal 87532 Roller Grill Motor 120V CCW is an electric drive motor to be used in typical commercial systems. Supplies the rotation necessary to move hot dogs or like products during holding and display without causing hot dogs to break up on the heated rollers. Motor is powered by a 120V source, and it is set to run in counterclockwise direction to correspond with the compatible grill assemblys. It is mounted in the roller grill compartment and is directly connected to the drive mechanism, allowing it to be continuously used in convenience and concession stores and quick-service food outlets.
