The Vulcan Hart 00-412852-00001 Cast Iron Top Grate is a tough and versatile cooking accessory for use with a variety of broiler models including GHMCB34 & 51, HGB, HMCB-51, M7806, and M7809. This 23-1/4" X 5-1/4" cast iron griddle is durable, measures 23-1/4" X 5-1/4" and features even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, essential for perfectly grilled results. This grate has four cross bars and six ribs, is reversible and can be used for flexible cooking options. It rises 3/4" on one side and has a leg height of 3-1/2", promoting successful grease drainage and minimizing flare ups to promote safety and cleanliness in the cooking area.
