The Groen Z008246 Burner Head 1016W directs the fuel and air into a regulated flame by forcing the mixture through ports where combustion takes place. The burner head, when excited and in contact with the fuel supply, will generate a flame along its 16-inch length, which will be used to provide heat to either the cooking or heating process. This burner head is installed in the burner of a compatible commercial cooking system, and it is installed to fit with the fuel inlet and ignition system. It is designed and made to fit specific brackets and connection points in the framework of the unit.
