The Alto-Shaam GS2398 Rubber Door Gasket Type C 10' is a replacement component that is used to provide a uniform seal to the compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It has a flexible interface between the door and the cabinet frame to retain internal temperature and steam loss during normal operation. This gasket is placed around the edge of the door opening of the appliance, and it is the place where it seals the appliance and also the system to maintain the right conditions of cooking or holding to the conditions in the commercial use.
