The Henny Penny HEN140056 Gas Valve Without Solenoid regulates the natural gas or propane flow to the burner system of the fryer during operation. It is used to control the amount of fuel fed by the gas circuit, and the fryer can continue the combustion process necessary to heat the cooking oil. This valve is used in units not equipped with an integrated solenoid as a major element in controlling gas supply to the system. It is placed in the gas train assembly of the fryer between the gas inlet and the burner part of the assembly to assist in directing gas to the heating system.
