The Market Forge 08-6578 High-Limit Thermostat Disc 375°F is a safe and reliable temperature control of commercial kitchen equipment. This thermostat disc is designed to control the amount of heat and as such automatically disconnects the electrical circuit when the temperature rises above 375°F in order to avoid overheating and possible damages to equipment. When the temperature stabilizes to a safe level, it re-sets to bring back the normal functioning.
