The Blodgett 36066 Hi-Limit Kit is a temperature security control assembly for commercial convection ovens for food preparation operations. It does so by measuring the temperature of the oven and shutting off the power to the heating system when the temperature is too high for safety. The kit is installed in the oven's temperature control and security circuit assembly inside the oven. It's designed to provide support to the overheating protection system, equipment security operation, and support with accurate temperature control in the oven system.
