The Cres Cor 0848033 High Limit Switch 25A 400°F is used to check the temperature of commercial cooking equipment and to stop electrical current flow when it is above a predefined limit, preventing overheating. It works by sensing when the inside temperatures hit 400 degrees Fahrenheit and de-energizes the circuit to prevent the appliance to keep heating.
