The Henny Penny 33494 Fry Filter Hose Assembly W/Nozzle is designed to be installed in fryer filtration systems that are compatible. This assembly also has an inbuilt nozzle that is used to guide oil flow in the process of filtering or transfer. It is placed between the fryer and filtration unit and helps in the controlled movement of oil during the maintenance cycles. The nozzle feature is used in commercial kitchens to aid in discharge targeting and organised oil management.
