The Ultrafryer 12A912 Fryer Hose Suction Assembly is intended to be used in compatible commercial applications. It enables the fryer to be drawn to the filtering, draining, or maintenance process with oil or liquid by-products. This assembly is usually applied in restaurant and kitchen facilities where there is a need to control fryer oil.
