The Middleby Marshall 35000-1011 Idler Shaft is used to support and guide the conveyor system in commercial pizza oven. It operates by freely rotating to ensure that there is better belt alignment, and tension during operation. This shaft is inserted into the conveyor assembly, and is placed opposite the drive shaft to create balance. It is used to provide a smooth movement of the belt which is necessary to cook the product evenly and maintain a steady flow of products and it promotes consistent performance in large-volume foodservice settings.
