The Star Mfg PS-RG5095 Infinite Control is an electrical control switch used to regulate heat output in the commercial foodservice equipment. The 240V control uses a variable switching cycle to control power supplied to heating elements allowing the operator to adjust cooking temperature through the connected control knob. The unit mounts to the control panel with four screws and is designed for a 13-amp circuit. It is used on Star roller grills and related heated equipment including 20 30 45 50 and 75 series models. The control connects between the power supply to manage element operation.
