The Star Mfg 2J-3006098 Infinite Switch is an essential component that is used to control the amount of heat produced in compatible conveyor toaster systems. It work electrical current to achieve desired heat levels as a result of control input. It is mounted on a horizontal Palnut configuration, and connected to the control shaft and interior wiring to be able to integrate it well.
