The Southbend 1163875 Range Infrared Burner Assembly has dimensions of 24-1/8” x 5-1/8” and is intended for use in salamanders, cheese-melters, and broilers. This burner works by atomizing the air and the gas and then lighting up the atomized mixture to generate very hot infrared heat that effectively cooks food.
