The Cleveland KE55069-6 Gas Agitator Safety Thermostat L6C 24 is a temperature controller that is applied in commercial kettles and mixer series equipment. It checks the heat in the agitator area and cuts off the gas supply in case of overheating of the appliance and the surrounding conditions.
