The Cleveland KE550691 Convection Steamer Thermostat D-Stem Flat Right W/1/4" X 6" Bulb is a control part that responds to changing heat conditions within commercial cooking equipment. It measure temperature and relays that provide information to the thermostat mechanism. As operating conditions change, the thermostat opens or closes the connected circuit to adjust the heating response accordingly. The D-stem design provides a mounting point for a control knob, allowing temperature selection through the user interface. By coordinating temperature feedback with circuit operation provides controlled heat management during cooking and warming processes.
