The Component Hardware Group KLP50-0220105 Pre-Rinse Spray Valve 1.05 GPM regulates and directs the flow of water through a spray head to rinse dishes and utensils in commercial systems. The valve is opened when the handle is activated to release a stream of concentrated water and is closed when pressure is released, which controls the delivery of water when the handle is in use. This element is commonly mounted on commercial pre-rinse assemblies in dishwashing and warewashing stations of foodservice kitchens. It supports the rinsing process whereby water is directed through the spray system to the surfaces to loosen food residues before cleaning cycles.
