The Garland 4512147 Gray Burner Valve Indicator Knob is made for adjusting the burner valves in commercial Ovens. Measuring 2-3/16 inches in diameter and 1" in protrusion, it comes with a 0.262" mounting for valve positioning. The knob has a 0 .25” D-STEM flat for performance which enables easy control of the flame levels. It increases safety since it shows the appropriate settings of the burner and it is suitable for use in busy kitchens. Perfect for restaurant and food service industries, there are possibilities of avoiding confusion and controlling the levels of cooking.
