The Bakers Pride S1094X Magnetic Edgemount Latch with Strike is applied to commercial char broilers to lock doors or access panels. Having an overall size of 1-1/8 inches by 11-1/2 inches, it can be installed along the edge of the equipment and through the use of magnetic force, the panels can be held closed during regular operation. The latch is used to ensure the broilers are operating correctly through stabilizing the enclosure position and heat retention. This is usually substituted during service when the latch cannot correct closure anymore.
