The Lang K9-50303-18 Grease Drawer is a removable collection component that is used to collect and hold grease and runoff that is produced during the operation of a high-volume commercial electric griddle. It slides under the working surface area to drain the by-products in a safe manner and assist in the orderly clean up of the same during and after the usage. This is a drawer which is removed, emptied and replaced as a sanitation and maintenance process. It is designed in such a way that it can be easily inserted and removed without any complications or problems with alignment.
