The Duke 153801 is a Latch Roller Assembly designed for use in commercial ovens. With an overall length of 3-3/8 inches, this latch has a brass roller that is 1/2 inch in length and allows for easy operation. It is bolted with 1-1/2” center to the bore of the mounting holes for proper fitment. Perfect for the use in the commercial kitchen, this latch will keep the oven door shut and making the cooking process safer and easier.
