The Market Forge 97-6213 Low Level Probe is used to sense the presence or absence of water at a specific point in steam equipment to detect water levels. It operates by sending an electrical signal that alters when the water level falls below the water level of the probe tip enabling the control system to react. This component is installed in the water reservoir or boiler area of compatible foodservice steamers and kettle where liquid monitoring is needed during the steamer operation. The probe is used to assist in the water level detection process to keep the water in the equipment in proper condition.
