The Manitowoc MAN9123 Water Inlet Solenoid Valve Kit is an electrically actuated inlet assembly that starts and stops water delivery in commercial equipment. The valve is specified for 115 volts, 60 Hz, and 1PH operation. It is placed where the machine's supply line enters the water circuit and interfaces with the related tubing. Applying voltage to the solenoid causes the internal valve member to open, creating a passage for incoming water. When electrical power is removed, the valve closes the passage and interrupts flow. Its position within the inlet circuit allows water delivery to be controlled as part of the machine's operating cycle.
