The Market Forge 953204 Door Assembly STME is an upgrade front access part to specific ST-E series steamers. It is attached directly to the unit frame and offers access to the steam cavity and also ensures the stability of the enclosure when operating. This assembly is used together with the locking mechanism and sealing surfaces to put internal steam pressure into containment. In commercial foodservice conditions it helps to keep the chamber conditions consistent needed in steam cooking processes. It equals the movement of the doors and helps to seal performance during the normal production cycles of the kitchen.
