The Master-Bilt A394-14500 Lid Assembly seals the upper part of the unit and the storage compartment to assist in keeping conditions inside the unit during use. It works by sitting safely on the edge of the cabinet and opening on its hinge system to give access when necessary. The lid fits into the frame of the cabinet to form a uniform closure on the top surface. This lid is fitted to DD-26 models that are compatible and it is attached to the upper part of the cabinet with special hinges and a support point. It is a replacement part that is supposed to be used to restore the proper top enclosure and access capability.
