The Star Mfg HB-120262 Drive Motor 208/240V is an electric drive element that is installed in compatible commercial conveyor toasters. This motor drives the internal conveyor system which transfers bread or other products of the same nature through the heating chamber in the toasting cycle. It is fitted in the mechanical drive system of the toaster to pass rotational movement to the conveyor belt assembly to enable food items to move at a regulated speed. It is controlled by the toaster timing and heating controls to ensure a constant flow of products during the cooking process.
