The Nieco NC13727 BroilVection Brushless Motor Control regulates the speed of the conveyor belt by varying the electronic pulses to the DC drive motor. This interface gives the operator the ability to program certain transit times on various menu items in order to have a consistent cooking outcome throughout the heating system. The unit is normally attached inside the external control box on the feed side of the hauler. This circuit board controls the motor-to-motor braking loop to keep the RPM constant with variations in mechanical load.
