The Nemco NEMN55500-2 Easy Chopper 3/8 is a machine that work by pushing the ingredient through a rotating blade assembly that slice them into uniformly size 3/8-inch . Its motor moves the chopping mechanism at a controlled speed, giving the same results on different vegetables and fruits. The unit is designed to be placed on a countertop and fit in the commercial kitchen, placed close to the prep stations so that it can be accessed easily during meal preparation. It can be disassembled cleaned and reassembled between uses because of its removable part.
