The TurboChef NGC-3036 Waveguide Cover is used to direct the microwave energy by shielding electromagnetic waves towards the cooking chamber. It works as a shield that does not allow debris to pass through the waveguide pathway but allows the transmission of energy to be carried out. This element is mounted in compatible ovens and it is placed on top of the waveguide aperture inside the cavity. It can be used to support structured microwave distribution and provide consistent cooking performance under continuous commercial kitchen conditions without disrupting programmed heating cycles.
