The Garland G01267-3 Charbroiler Orifice Fitting LP regulates propane flow within the burner circuit of compatible kitchen equipment. Its calibrated opening meters LP gas as it passes from the gas supply system toward the burner, allowing the fuel delivery to correspond with the burner design.
