The Groen Z000279 Orifice Holder is an essential component that is used to fix and hold the gas orifice in the burner assembly of a steam kettle. It ensures that the opening is properly positioned with regard to the gas flow direction to ensure the fuel is delivered properly and combustion is even. This holder is inserted into the burner section of the kettle where the hole is needed and it is inserted into the gas train structure of the appliance. In commercial steam kettles it is used to make sure that the burner is in better operation and provides the right amount of heat when cooking.
