Manufacturer:
The Waring/Qualheim 028226 Vinyl Outer Lid is a replacement for compatible commercial equipment. It is placed on top of the blender jar to cover the opening of the blender during processing to prevent ingredients from splashing out and to facilitate proper, controlled processing. The lid is part of the blending assembly and ensure that the jar and the centre cap create a tight seal, which lessens the chance of splashing or product loss while processing at high speeds. It is a standard foodservice-grade blender used in commercial foodservice operations in restaurants and commercial foodservice settings.
