The Picard Ovens LP05A0002 Left Fan Hub Assembly S/S is used to fix, and hold the fan blade, which circulates air in the oven chamber to ensure uniform distribution of heat. It works by giving the fan blade a steady surface on the motor shaft. It enables the air to rotate during the roasting processes. This fan hub assembly will be fitted on the left side of the internal fan system and will be in position, with the motor and fan blade. Its positioning provides continuity in the flow of air throughout the cooking cavity.
