Vulcan Hart 00-714269 Liquid Propane/ Natural Gas Pilot Burner

The Vulcan Hart 00-714269 Pilot Burner Assembly was to be used with cooking parts in either liquid propane or natural gas operation. It is designed to provide safe and reliable ignition of the primary burner, which helps to provide consistent performance of commercial cooking appliances. This pilot burner provides a small steady pilot flame by directing gas in its 1/4 inch gas tube. The ignition of the main burner is given by the pilot flame when the cook-top or oven is switched on and it gives the main burner its initial ignition. The pilot is kept lit when required to provide reliable start up of the main gas flow to provide safe startup and stable operation.
