The Henny Penny 140123 Fryer Pilot Kit-LP is a liquid propane pilot ignition retrofit kit designed for use in compatible commercial appliance systems. This assembly convert existing fryer pilot configurations to a Baso-effective pilot system and includes the component required for installation and ignition operation. Placed within the fryers gas burner assembly the pilot kit generates and maintain the pilot flame that ignites the main burner enabling the appliance to heat cooking oil safely and consistently. It is commonly used in compatible fryer models operating in restaurant quick-service establishment and commercial kitchens. As part of the fryer gas ignition and flame-proving system.
