The Pitco 60153301 Green Display Computer works based on the input signals given by the sensors and the controls in order to regulate the parameters of operation and report information of the display system. The internal processor interprets temperature data, timing data, and status condition data and dynamically updates the display as it continues running. The computer is anchored on the front control panel of compatible fryers, behind the display interface, so that it can be visible and accessed. It is wired to harnesses, probes, and power supplies with a 24V supply with heating, safety, and control elements.
