The Pitco B1100902-C Basket Hanger Weldment Double SG14 is designed to fit into compatible SG14 fryer models to control basket support throughout cooking cycles. This is a welded assembly of a hanger which is installed within the fryer frame and is designed in such a way that it supports two baskets in an elevated position post-frying. It enables the excess oil to drain back into the vat and maintains baskets in the right place to remove the product. The fryer has a built-in support system that helps in the staging of baskets in an organized manner and helps in stabilizing the operations in the commercial food preparation departments.
