The Pitco B6674903 Filter Tube Pick-Up with Strainer Assembly is a filtration and oil transfer part that fits in SE147 commercial fryer systems. This assembly pulls used cooking oil off the tank during the filtration process and the built-in strainer assists in holding food particles and debris. It is placed in the oil filtration circuit of the fryer to assist in the circulation of oil to the filter system to be cleaned and recirculated. This ingredient is added to the oil. It works with the filter tank and the return lines to aid in the management of oil during the filtration processes.
