The Pitco B8041002 Natural Gas Burner Assembly SRTG substitution part that is used in fryers. It generates and controls flames to the cooking vat, which gives the required heat to fry and keeps the temperature of oil constant in normal operation. The assembly is installed in the burner compartment of the fryer, where it connects with gas valves, ignition systems and controls to make sure that the performance is safe. It is also designed in commercial kitchens, cafeterias, and institutional foodservice operations to replace the failed burner assembly with a functioning heating assembly.
