The Pitco PT60203002CL Gas Valve BMVR LP 10.0" W.C controls the flow of liquid propane gas to keep the burners operating in a controlled manner in commercial cooking equipment. It is opened and closed by the fryer control system, and only lets gas flow to the burners when the fryer is heating. This gas valve is part of the gas control assembly in the fryer and is used to link the LP gas supply to the burner manifold to ignite and maintain the fryer temperature. It is widely used in commercial fryers with liquid propane fuel systems, in foodservice kitchens and in other cooking applications.
